How to talk to friends and family who voted differently

Now that the dust has settled on the 2023 Presidential Election, some young people may be grappling with loved ones who voted differently from themselves. In particularly, many young Singaporeans have have expressed deep disdain and bewilderment that Mr. Tan Kin Lian – who had channeled sexist and xenophobic rhetoric during his campaign – has garnered at least 300,000 votes from Singaporeans.
